Vexari Technologies Inc. ("Vexari AI", "we", "us") collects data to operate our signal-driven autonomous SDR platform:
- Account Data: Name, work email, company name, billing information, and authenticated OAuth tokens (Google, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, GitHub).
- Prospect Telemetry Data: Publicly accessible B2B data points including job postings, funding news, LinkedIn posts, and corporate press releases analyzed on behalf of your account.
- Sending Inboxes & Telemetry: Delivery metrics, open signals, bounce tracking, and spam-rate indicators to maintain inbox deliverability health.
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and interaction timestamps.
2. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Vexari AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We access Gmail sending scopes only to dispatch outreach approved by you and track prospective replies.
- We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve outreach functionality or comply with applicable laws.
- We never use Google user data to serve advertisements or train generalized foundation models without explicit user consent.
3. How We Use Information
- To generate hyper-personalized, 5-angle cold outreach emails referencing real prospect signals.
- To verify email addresses via ZeroBounce/NeverBounce shields to maintain bounce rates below 1%.
- To synchronize CRM data with HubSpot and Salesforce endpoints.
- To protect our infrastructure against spam, abuse, and security vulnerabilities.
4. Data Retention & Zero-Retention Architecture
You own your data. Private LLM API keys provided via .env are stored exclusively in your local environment or secure private server vault and are never logged or stored in centralized plain text. We retain campaign logs for the duration of your active subscription.
5. Security & Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocols. All sensitive credentials, OAuth tokens, and database backups are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We adhere to SOC 2 Type II compliance standards.
